The state Board of Medical Examiners and the Nevada attorney general have both taken actions to ensure that two doctors from the Endoscopy Clinic are barred from practicing until actions have been taken to resolve grievances. Complaints were filed by the executive director of the medical board against both Dr. Dipak Desai and Dr. Eladio Carrera.
