Las Vegas resident Carlos Martinez was booted off the U.S. Under-17 national soccer team, for breaking team curfew and other indiscretions, Sept. 27. He will move with his family from Las Vegas back to San Pedro, Calif. They had moved from San Pedero to Las Vegas five years ago.
