Sounds like the dollars invested in Nevada's pre-paid tuition plan for my son will end up being spent elsewhere. I'm sure others will feel the same. Do Beers, Gibbons and others of their ilk even care?
Let us not forget how Gibbons got into office. It wasn't a coup -- he was elected. So who's to blame?

I could not help but wonder how old Mr. Snow is since he predicts a high speed rail system between Vegas and L.A. within "his lifetime." I've been here 30 years, and when I arrived they were already talking about such a system which has yet to materialize.
