Pssst...Mr. Krolocki...Having an investigation hanging over your head is for when you're running for gubber - not Senator.
What?
Oh...you're welcome.
This is just penny ante stuff...
Expect another $500-600 BILLION bailout "stimulus" package very soon courtesy of Boss Reid.
http://texex-xpress.blogspot.com/2008/11...
But the piece is right about one thing: Boss Reid answers only to the mining and gambling big money and not the voters of NevaDUH. His D.C. penthouse insulates him from the problems ordinary people here are facing.
With the VERY old Goober running the State, and the VERY tired Boss Reid running the Senate, what can you expect but an absolute disaster?!?
Neither are qualified to be a hall monitor in an old folks home let alone occupy responsible places in our government.
We need real "Change" which Boss Reid is incapable of bringing.
BOTH the R and D gene pools are depleted and are left with nothing to project into the future. Case in point for the Rs: Goober de gubber; for the Ds: Jillo Derby.
Both state parties are little but class conscious meatgrinders. Case(s) in point: Sue Lowden and Jillo Derby. Eager talent goes in one end and dead, disillusioned meat comes out the other.
Where the Rs really screwed up was in isolating the Ron Pauls instaead of including them - a battle that will not be soon forgotten or forgiven.
My humble blog keeps this phrase from Albert Einstein constantly running: Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. http://texex-xpress.blogspot.com/
It seems to describe both state parties philosophy pretty well....

Clearly Boss Reid lives in his penthouse bubble quite oblivious to the realities we schmucks out here in the real world must face every day.
In an interview with the RGJ last week he was asked "What do you consider major accomplishments in the 110th Congress as it relates to Nevada?" http://www.rgj.com/article/20081124/NEWS...
Answer: $165 million for Nevada - $160 million of which was for the military!
Perhaps the old man forgot the $45 million he got for a mag-lev train to Disneyland which was needed soooo badly....
